I am maybe a tad obsessed with maternity photography and motherhood photos in general. Which I guess makes sense, since I know this story in my bones (I am a mama to two young children). I love telling the story of your relationship with your significant other right before your family completely transforms. There’s so much romance, and excitement, and shared adoration. So many dreams and possibilities. Yes, this session is for you but also think of how absolutely delighted your child will be to one day come across these in an old family album. Their parents, young and in love.

One of my favorite things about a first-time maternity session is that you have a lot more flexibility with regard to location and time of day. You don’t need to worry about little one’s bedtimes and can take full advantage of golden hour, which is how we achieved the dreamy glow that graces this gallery.
